The lady at the front desk was exceptional, very knowledgeable about the area. Our rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Location is close to attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

"Wonderful"
The room was clean better than most places we've stayed. The bed was super comfortable and the linens actually smelled clean. We had breakfast at the hotel and it did not disappoint. The mini waffles were a nice! Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful in directing us to non touristy places to visit. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked like a nice place to hang out and unwind. Definitely a good place to stay for the price.

It was clean and the people were very friendly! The room was clean and even though it was older (you really wouldn't have know it) it was comfortable for my wheelchair to get through. The people were extremely kind, they saw that my son and I needed time to pack up our stuff and didn't bother us at all.

We were iffy about renting this hotel but we went off a few good reviews and super happy we did. The hotel was very clean and comfy, woman at check in was super amazing and so accommodating & offered so much about downtown Hot Springs. Hotel is super close to downtown and several gas stations nearby. Very good room for the money. And very happy we chose here would again in the future

"Disappointing"
The reviews and the price are what drew me to this place. I disagree with the reviews since I found that although the bed/mattress was new and comfortable, the room had a foul smell--not the worst, but still not good. I turned on the bathroom fan and left the room door open to draw in fresh(er) air which helped. Still the place had a "funky" smell which I think come from the old chair and ottoman which probably had been in a room where people were still allowed to smoke. I slept okay, but can NOT recommend this place unless you're on a tight budget.

Good location, comfortable bed, very clean. Liked the fruit and yogurt at breakfast as well as the waffles. No noise from traffic or other guests. Easy to get to Hot Springs Park. Good price.

The continental break was fine.. nothing exceptional but adequate. Room was clean and staff friendly. The pool was not available.

Location was great for the time of year (just before the busy season). Room was clean and beds comfortable. We were assured by the receptionist that we were in a safe area which was comforting. Receptionist was very helpful and pleasant.

The hotel was very clean, completely safe as a solo traveler, and had wonderfully friendly staff who helped me figure out how to best visit the National Park.

Room was exceptionally clean. Love the laminate flooring no carpet was a MAJOR plus for me. Staff was extremely accommodating I called ahead because I was going to be checking in late at night they had no problem with that. The front desk let me borrow a pair of scissors. Everything was great with the room and staff and the breakfast wasn't bad either. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location. Rooms was large, had room for a sitting chair with foot stool. Large makeup area for wife. Older unit, but well maintained. Pet friendly. Comfortable bed!

The breakfast was fantastic! Make your own waffles. Cereal. Orange juice. Toast. B&G. Honey buns. The room was newly updated and everything was so wonderful up to date and clean. Bed and pillows were amazing Great location within 5 minutes or less of anything you may want or need. Great neighborhood felt safe!

Love that all the rooms have vinyl floors, it feels very clean. The bathrooms are also clearly recently updated and are also very clean. There was also a microwave, fridge etc. in our room which was great.

Very clean, well mannered staff! Beautiful scenery, quiet stay! Excellent staff! Also Lady name Claire I believe, I'm really not sure, but she wears glasses was so nice and kind very informative about the surrounding areas, very sweet and her vibe was A+++++++!

Breakfast was small but fair. Great choices for children. Front staff lady that checked us in was wonderful. She was very helpful with giving ideas for things to do while we were there.
